Prof. Dr. Hafize Keser Ankara University (She’s a retired professor of Educational Sciences), Türkiye Title of the Speech: "Artificial Intelligence and Social Sustainability: A Roadmap for the Future". She received her bachelor's degree in 1974, her master's degree in 1982 from Ankara University Faculty of Education in the field of Educational Programs and Instruction, and her doctorate in 1988 from Ankara University Faculty of Educational Sciences in the field of Educational Technology with her thesis titled "A Model Proposal for Computer-Assisted Instruction". In 2005, he received the title of Professor in the Department of Computer and Instructional Technologies Education. Between 1989 and 1999, she served as the Deputy Head of the Department of Educational Programs and Instruction, and between 2000 and 2020, she served as the Head of the Department of Computer and Instructional Technologies Education. She has also worked as an education expert, instructor, and manager in the preparation, implementation, and evaluation phases of in-service training programs in various institutions and organizations. Dr. Keser has published articles in various national and international journals, authored books, served as an editor, contributed book chapters, and presented papers at national and international scientific conferences. She has served as an invited speaker, honorary chair/co-chair/advisor/scientific/organizing committee member at various scientific conferences both in Turkey and abroad. Her academic interests primarily focus on the integration of information technologies into education, the development of constructivist learning environments, information security, cyberbullying, information ethics, artificial intelligence and ethics, digital rights and responsibilities, adult and senior education, and teacher training. Prof. Dr. Hafize Keser, who holds the title of "Faculty Member with the Most Theses Supervised" in her field, retired in 2020. In 2021, she served as a member of the 21st National Education Council and in 2022 as a member of the E-Content Development Commission of the Board of Education. In 2025, she continued her role in the Commission on the Restructuring of Vocational and Technical Education within the Board of Education. Prof. Dr. Nergiz Ercil Çağıltay Hacettepe University, Türkiye Title of the Speech: “Women in Technology: The Hidden Key to Social Sustainability” Prof. Dr. Nergiz Ercil Çağıltay received her bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and her master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU). She later earned her Ph.D. from the Department of Computer Education and Instructional Technology at the same university. She worked for more than eight years as a project manager in various public institutions and private sector organizations in Türkiye. In addition, she served for four years as a systems analyst and programmer at the Digital Library Program at Indiana University. Since 2003, she has held faculty positions in the Departments of Computer Engineering and Software Engineering at various universities. She is currently a faculty member at the Institute of Informatics, Hacettepe University. Her primary research interests include information systems, medical informatics and education, engineering education, instructional technologies, distance education, and e-learning. Her work particularly focuses on developing technology-enhanced learning environments through the use of artificial intelligence and immersive technologies such as simulations, virtual reality, augmented reality, mixed reality, and the metaverse. Prof. Dr. Nergiz Ercil Çağıltay has authored more than 80 articles indexed in the Web of Science (WoS). In addition to her academic publications, she has contributed to society through several textbooks written in Turkish. She further strengthens her societal engagement through her roles as a board member in various associations and foundations. Prof. Dr. Gheorghita (George) Ghinea Brunel University, London, UK Title of the Speech: "Mulsemedia: Opportunities and Challenges for Sustainability"” Dr. Gheorghita (George) Ghinea is a Professor in Mulsemedia Computing in the Department of Computer Science, at Brunel University London. Dr. Ghinea's research activities lie at the confluence of Computer Science, Media and Psychology. In particular, his work focuses on the area of perceptual multimedia quality and how one builds end-to-end communication systems incorporating user perceptual requirements. In the Stanford list of top 2% cited scientists in the world, Dr. Ghinea's research has been funded by both national and international organisations, consulting regularly for both public and private institutions in his areas of expertise. Elizabeth Moses-Mullard Founding Director of AlphaZULU Advocates, London, UK Title of the Speech: “SDG Nugget Hour: A compendium of bite-size views from global SDG Advocates'' Elizabeth Moses-Mullard is an International Law and Development Advocate, and the Founding Director of AlphaZULU Advocates - a UK-based civil society advocacy organisation employing multi-stakeholder action-oriented advocacy strategies to strengthen implementation of the UN 2030 Agenda framework and Sustainable Development Goals. Elizabeth is dedicated to public service - shaping public policies and implementing oversight mechanisms - across local to global scope – and has made contributions across sectors including Food and Agriculture, Energy and Mining, Transport, Health, Education, Maritime, Development Financing, Law and Politics as well as the intersectionality of disability, race, gender and age. Notably, she served on the Education Appeals Panel of the London Borough of Hillingdon; as Vice Chair of the Friends of Pentland Field School (Special Educational Needs); as Organisational Focal Point to the OECD Multistakeholder Partnership on Policy Coherence for Sustainable Development (SDG17.14); as DataPop Alliance’s West African Fellow for Leveraging Big Data for Sustainable Development; and as a Consultant to the UNDP/UNPRPD and UNDP/IMO on financing and International Law relating to Disabilities and on Maritime and Wildlife Trafficking respectively. She also currently serves a Honorary Board Member of the Guinean Observatory for Mines and Metals; as a Lay Examiner for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and a Candidate for London Borough of Hillingdon’s Council seat for Yiewsley. Elizabeth has commitment tremendously to advocating for the SDGs through conceptualising and designing programmes and outreaches, building a global SDG Advocacy community that extends to 67 countries and enhancing the capacity of Advocacy Peers to engage with intergovernmental and multilateral processes. She has facilitated special accreditations with over 10 UN processes, the World Bank and IMF meetings and high-level processes of other IGOs to which she leads delegations. In addition, Elizabeth convenes the Global Advocacy Forum on Sustainable Development, the UK Public-Parliamentary Forum on the Sustainable Development, the SDG Nugget Hour and subsidiary platforms, the African Peoples Forum and the Global Peace Forum. She also organises side events for UN High-level Meetings and provides advisory support and public speaking for Strategic Partner events. She coordinated the production of the Book, "SDG Nugget Hour: A compendium of bite-size views from global SDG Advocates''.
